Always delicious! They have many proteins to choose from, including many Vegan and Vegetarian options

Updated review. From 2 stars to 5. after leaving a honest and disappointed 2 star review regarding dry falafel and less than professional staff, I had to update. returning and walking in was greeted by a loud 'welcome to Salata.' the four staff that prepped my food were all very friendly and smiling. food is fresh and delicious, pricey yes - but fresh.

Fresher then the average salad to go bars. Best Cesar dressing I’ve ever tasted. Huge portions a bit pricey than your average salad to go places

Im glad to see there's finally a good salad restaurant in the Alliance area! We stopped in for lunch. This reminded us of a place back home called Salad Works. Same concept. You arrive to a buffet style line which is not self serve. A server asks which size salad you want, large or small. Then you choose your lettuce mix (romaine, spinach and arugula etc), then you choose your toppings. The toppings looked fresh and they have a huge assortment, including pasta and proteins. As you move down the line, more servers add the topping you like (way too many to name), then when it's time for the dressing, you can choose to have it mixed in, or on the side. You can choose to go, or eat in. They also have drink choices, tasty rolls, and other small items. We both chose large salads and I took half of mine home. Next time I would choose a small if we stop for a quick lunch again, or large if I planned to take some home. I will be returning for sure! The dining room was clean and had ample seating. There are also their own mix of options in the fountain soda area.

I’m a frequent flyer here and they always make me feel welcomed. I’m always greeted when I come in. They know my order by heart. They by far have the best salads around. The salads can be pricey when adding protein or extras but it’s definitely worth the price! Highly recommend visiting them a trying a yummy fresh salad!

My family and I love this place. Always quick and great service. Have salad anyway you want! A large salad can fit two people. Make sure to get their whole wheat crossiant!

If you are craving for a good salad, this is the place, great customer service, large variety of greens, vegetables, protein dressings and more. You have to try it

I ordered a last minute catering at the time of open and Karen and her team helped me. She gave exceptional service and was able to accommodate for me. I will place all my salata caterings in this area with this store from now on. Thank you so much!
